Parent Communication

We are very focused on ensuring we communicate effectively with parents and use multiple ways to ensure important information reaches them.

Swaffield School App

30.9.21:
We will be launching a new Swaffield School App very soon as a key tool through which important alerts, messages, letters, and other information are sent out to parents and carers.

Key information, alerts, diary dates, letters and many other messages are sent regularly to parents via the school's email system and soon will also be posted on the app. These can be relevant to the whole school or individual year groups.

We will give parents and carers details of how to download the app as soon as it is available. You will then need to register in the app and set your preferred year groups. Please stay signed in and accept push notifications to ensure you receive our alerts. 

Newsletters

We publish a regular newsletter (roughly every two weeks) which gives information about what's going on at school. Please take a look at our Newsletters page to download copies.
